Our acupressure foot mat offers a DIY reflexology massage that invigorates your body. With 2,640 plastic tips and memory foam, it specifically activates the meridians on the soles of your feet and gives your nervous system an energy boost.

Lie down on the mat and Pillow in comfortable clothes, breathe deeply and feel your body relax. Once you have gotten used to the tips, lie on them bare-skinned. Beginners start on the bed or sofa, professionals directly on the floor. We recommend 20 minutes per session.

Place the Shakti Leg Wraps around your upper and lower legs, close them in the marked order and tighten the straps until the compression is comfortable. Increase the intensity as required and relax for 20-40 minutes while sitting or lying down.

Depending on the desired intensity, you can use the Shakti foot mat while sitting or standing, with socks or barefoot. By shifting your body weight on the soles of your feet, the acupressure pressure is varied so that certain points are treated more intensively.

Contraindications: Consult a doctor before use if you have coagulation disorders, epilepsy, skin diseases, acute illnesses, cardiovascular problems or thrombophlebitis.

Warning: Contains sharp points - use only as directed and with caution. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Discard the eye pillow if worn or damaged - do not swallow contents.

Cleaning and storage

Shakti Mat and Pillow:
Clean covers (without foam) by hand in lukewarm water with a little detergent, air dry and avoid direct sunlight. Not suitable for washing machine or tumble dryer.

Shakti Leg Wraps:
Clean with cold water and mild detergent, dry flat and out of direct sunlight. Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Do not dry clean. Use a lint roller if necessary.

Shakti doormat:
Simply wipe clean with warm soapy water. Removable foam core and hand washable in cold water. Fold up after use.

Shakti Eye Pillow:
Clean cover with a damp cloth or wash cold without contents. If necessary, wash the inner part by hand in cold water at room temperature and air dry. Do not crumple, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ring:
Rinse under cold water if necessary.

Delivery: Your mat will be delivered to you in Germany within 1-3 days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in the shipping information. Due to a large number of orders, it may take a few days longer.

Note for Austria: Enter your house, staircase and door number together in the "House number" field (example: Kaiserstraße 5/2/19). Please do not enter this in the "Address supplement" field.
