Try your Shakti products risk-free for 60 days. We know that our spikes work - just like the many customers who have left us reviews on our website.

Would you still like to return your Shakti product? No problem. You have 60 days from the date you receive the item to return it—and you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can return your order to us within 60 days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you originally used.

Overall, only around 1% of our customers return their product. In most cases, however, we find customer-friendly solutions - it is always worth contacting us before returning a product.

It is perfectly fine if you have already tried your Shakti products. We want you to see for yourself how they work. All we ask is that you return them to us in a clean and resalable condition - along with the brochure.
