How to use the leg supports correctly

Do you already have your leg wraps ready? Perfect! You can easily put them on in just a few steps:


1. place the wraps in front of you on the sofa or your bed, making sure that the compression straps are on the right-hand side.

2. place your leg on the bandages and make sure that it is centered.

3. fasten the compression bandage around your thigh so that all the spikes touch your skin but not too much pressure is exerted.

4. then use the compression strap to determine the exact pressure.

5. attach the end of the strap to the bandage so that it stays in place.

Important note:
Only use the leg wraps on bare skin! If you use them over clothing, the spikes can damage it. You should also sit or lie still during use and not walk around to prevent the straps from loosening.


We recommend using the leg wraps directly after a workout, with the session lasting around 20 to 40 minutes.
