Application

Lie down on the Shakti Mat to activate the pressure points along your back, and use the Pillow for your neck, shoulders, and the back of your head. Breathe calmly and deeply as your body begins to relax, step by step.

Beginners should start in comfortable clothing on a bed or sofa; advanced users can lie directly on the floor and use the mat against bare skin for a more intense effect. We recommend about 20 minutes per session.

Use the Shakti Footmat sitting or standing to activate your foot reflex zones. Depending on the intensity, use it barefoot or with socks—you can adjust the pressure individually by shifting your body weight.

Contraindications: Consult a doctor before use if you have coagulation disorders, epilepsy, skin conditions, acute illnesses, cardiovascular problems, or thrombophlebitis.

Warning: Contains sharp points—use only as directed and with caution. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Cleaning and storage

Premium Pillow:
Wash the covers (without the inner filling) by hand in lukewarm water with a little detergent, air-dry, and avoid direct sunlight. Not suitable for the washing machine or dryer.

Shakti Footmat:
Simply wipe down with warm soapy water. The foam core is removable and can be hand-washed in cold water. Fold it up after use.

Notes

Delivery: Your mat will be delivered to you in Germany within 1-3 days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in the shipping information. Due to a large number of orders, it may take a few days longer.
