The Shakti Pillow in the trendy color lavender effectively relieves your shoulder and neck tension. 1,800 sharp signature spikes promote blood circulation and noticeably relieve pain. More relaxation for troubled minds is not possible.

One product, many applications: Our headband with 336 acupressure spikes provides targeted relief for your aches and pains. Thanks to the flexible Velcro fastener, it can be individually adjusted. Whether forehead, jaw or neck, enjoy the relaxing effect exactly where you need it.

The Shakti Eye Pillow with soothing clay balls and soft organic cotton gently massages your eye area, blocks out distracting light and relieves tension. Chilled, it provides a refreshing boost - simply place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before use.

Application

Your headache may be stubborn, but using our products is child's play. Simply lie down with your neck on the Shakti Pillow, close your eyes and let yourself be pampered by the soothing massage. If necessary, use the eye cushion for even more relaxation.

We recommend about 20 minutes per session. You should not exceed this when using the eye pillow, as pressure on the eyes over a longer period of time can lead to blurred vision.

Our tip: Place the eye pillow in the fridge or freezer for approx. 20 minutes and enjoy the cool refreshment - turn it over after 10 minutes and use both sides.

Warning: Keep the eye pillow out of the reach of pets and children. Dispose of the Pillow if it is worn or damaged. Do not swallow contents.

Cleaning and storage

Shakti Pillow:
Clean cover (without foam) by hand in lukewarm water with a little detergent, air dry and avoid direct sunlight. Not suitable for washing machine or tumble dryer.

Shakti headband:
Clean with a damp cloth or small brush and allow to dry thoroughly. You can also use natural disinfectant spray.

Shakti Eye Pillow:
Clean cover with a damp cloth and machine wash cold without contents. If necessary, wash the inner part by hand in cold water and air dry. Do not crumple, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Delivery: Your mat will be delivered to you in Germany within 1-3 days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in the shipping information. Due to many orders, it may take a few days longer.

Note for Austria: Enter your house, staircase and door number together in the "House number" field (example: Kaiserstraße 5/2/19). Please do not enter this in the "Address supplement" field.

How long is the ideal application time for the eye cushion?

Our eye pillow is filled with beads of natural clay, so it fits perfectly and has a comfortable weight.
We recommend using the eye pillow for your 20-minute Shakti session, but no longer (as any pressure on the eyes over a longer period of time can lead to temporary blurred vision).
