Application

The Shakti headband is your savior for migraines and headaches! Place the acupressure headband around your forehead and temples to give your thoughts a break and relax your mind. You can also place it around your jaw to relieve tense muscles. Or push it further back to relax the upper neck.

The headband provides a gentle circulation boost for your scalp. Stress and fatigue disappear into thin air. How long you wear the headband is entirely up to you - start with 15 minutes and wear it for as long as it feels good.

Cleaning and storage

As the foam cannot be removed from the headband, we recommend that you clean your product with a damp cloth or a small brush and then allow it to dry thoroughly. You can also spray it with a natural disinfectant spray

Delivery: Your mat will be delivered to you in Germany within 1-3 days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in the shipping information. Due to many orders, it may take a few days longer.
