In short, the pillow is perfectly shaped for much and also stable enough to create and maintain evenly targeted pressure in the upper shoulder and neck area. Due to gross cervical spine and BES problems, I need the Indigo version, with the mat Orange works perfectly. In addition, it is positively noticeable that the workmanship is impeccable and that no odor is detectable. Am very satisfied with mat and pillow; the tips are really pointed and thus highly effective; with supermarket and other no name products absolutely not comparable.
