3000 Shaktimat users relax at the same time

In August 2009, 3,000 ShaktiMat users gathered in one of Stockholm's parks to occupy acupressure mats in the shape of the sun's rays. Most of the group chanted mantras while sitting or lying on their mats in an attempt to secure a place in the Guinness World Records. Organizers said at the time that only about 2,500 participants chanted, however, as the remaining 500 fell asleep - a sure sign of the relaxing effects of the mats.
