The Shakti Eye Pillow is the ideal partner for your ShaktiMat, blocking light and releasing tension with gentle pressure so you can fully enjoy your Shakti experience. Use your Shakti eye pillow whenever you need it. You can use it with your ShaktiMat or use it during your afternoon nap, meditations, and deeper restorative savasanas.
To fully enjoy the sensory experience and relief that the pillow provides, you can place it in the refrigerator/freezer for at least 20 minutes before use. Place the product in a bag or protective container. Keep refrigerated until the desired temperature is reached. Turn it over after 10 minutes to enjoy the cooling effect on the other side.
Cleaning: The outer cover of the Shakti Eye Pillow can be cleaned in places with a damp cloth and liquid detergent, or removed and washed in the washing machine on cold. Remove the contents before machine washing the cover. If necessary, gently hand wash the interior at room temperature with cold water and air dry. Do not crumple. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place once completely dry and cooled to room temperature. To protect the fabric from odors, dirt and wear, place the product in a bag or container before placing it in the freezer.
Warning: Keep out of reach of pets and children. Discard when worn or damaged. Do not swallow the contents.

The workmanship and the look of the eye pad is great! And I also think the support from the Indian women is brilliant!
