I previously had a cheaper variant, but it has worn out quite quickly, so that the tingling was less and less.When I then had the Shakti Mat, I first had to use with a cloth, because it has peeped much more violently. Now I lie without it, the first minutes are violent, but then it's fantastically warm and relaxing

Ich bin super begeistert. Eine Freundin hatte mir von der shaktimat erzählt und sie mir übers Wochenende ausgeliehen. Ich hab mir gleich am Montag eine eigene bestellt und seit jetzt über einem Jahr ist die Matte ein treuer Begleiter. Anfangs hatte ich immer noch ein dünnes Shirt an, inzwischen lieg ich nur noch mit purer Haut drauf und ich bin selten am Tag so entspannt wie auf der Matte. Ich schlaf tatsächlich auch ab und zu darauf ein (für ca. ne 3/4 h). Ich möchte die Matte nicht mehr missen. <3
