The Shakti neck pillow offers you the power of 1,800 acupressure points for your well-being. This allows you to target your shoulder and neck tension and noticeably relieve pain. Place the Pillow gently under your neck and enjoy the relaxation.

Our acupressure ring specifically stimulates important trigger points on your fingers and palms. This releases blockages, restores your energy flow and activates your self-healing powers. Perfect for a quick freshness boost after long hours at the computer or strenuous manual work.

Sustainability and environmental protection play a major role at Shakti. Therefore, during our logo changeover, it may happen that products with different logos are sent in our sets. Application

The Shakti set can be used in a variety of ways to relax your entire body. Lie on the mat and the Pillow in comfortable clothing, breathe deeply and relax. Once you are used to the tips, you can also lie directly with your skin on the mat. Beginners start on the bed or sofa, professionals lie on the floor. You should plan around 20 minutes for one session.

Roll the massage ring up and down about 20 times per finger. It stretches and adapts to every finger size, always applying just the right amount of pressure.

Cleaning and storage

Cleaning and storage: Clean the mat and cushion cover by hand in lukewarm water with a little detergent and air dry. Remove the foam before washing. Not suitable for washing machine or tumble dryer. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent the color from fading.

Notes

Delivery: Your mat will be delivered to you in Germany within 1-3 days. Delivery times for other countries can be found in the shipping information. Due to many orders, it may take a few days longer.

Lying naked on thousands of spikes is admittedly a bit crazy. But to help you find the right start for you, because we know we're all a bit different when it comes to spicy challenges, we have three different intensities of mat:

The most important factor in choosing the right mat is your sensitivity to pain, rather than the symptoms, as all mats have the same effect. They just have different intensities.

Most of our customers buy our original ShaktiMat in the color orange, lavender-pink or green, as well as our limited edition pastel green and pastel blue. This version of the mat has 6,210 spikes and is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

The black ShaktiMat with its golden embellishments and black tips is our Premium edition. It has just as many spikes as the orange, lavender-pink and green mat and is therefore just as intense.

The ShaktiMat Advanced is available in the color indigo and has 4,140 spikes that are two millimeters longer than those of the other mats. The body weight is distributed over far fewer spikes, which can intensify the application and effect. We recommend this mat to those who like a challenge and have been using the original for some time. (Extreme) athletes often choose the ShaktiMat Advanced to use for regeneration after their training sessions.

The ShaktiMat Light is available in yellow and has over 8,280 spikes. Here the body weight is distributed over many more points, which makes the application less intensive. We recommend this mat for older people or people with sensitive skin or skin problems

Can I wash the Pillow ?

Pillow and mats are designed so that you can remove and wash the cover at any time.
We recommend washing the cover by hand in lukewarm water with a little detergent. Please remove the foam first. After washing, hang the cover up and leave it to dry completely. The cover is not suitable for the washing machine or tumble dryer as the plastic tips could be damaged (although the tips can cause more damage to your washing machine than to the cover).
